Politique d'annulation de commande

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of validation, provided they have not yet been shipped. In this case, you can directly contact our customer service to proceed with the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or if more than 48 hours have passed since its confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone, providing your order number, proof of payment, and, if applicable, any other information that helps identify the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you and proceed with the refund within the specified timeframe.

3. Refund Procedure

After confirmation of the return, we will proceed with the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We commit to finalizing the refund as soon as possible after validation.
